Usually we ask bust, waist and hips measurements, but we might need additional ones, depending on costume.
We strive to complete our costumes as soon as possible. Usually it takes couple days to determine design, materials and costs. After confirmation, production takes from 3 days to 4 weeks, assuming you are first in line.

Our cosplay makers are located all across the world, so shipping timeline may vary. Once your cosplay is complete, we will provide you the tracking number so you can check delivery time with postal service.
To start production of your cosplay we need an advance payment to buy materials and prepare your individualized design. Usually initial deposit is a 50% of full price, but feel free to let us know if you need adjusted payment timelines.
